International shipping can take around 10 days, depending on the country you are ordering from and your local customs/GOVT processes.

Our world average shipping time is 9 days, some are faster and some are longer. Please also take into account your local and domestic customs, admin and logistics.

If you have been charged customs at the border then you will need to contact your border control to organise the payment or administration of your order.

Free shipping over 30 GBP or the equivilant in your local currency is an international promotion for everyone to enjoy.

If your order is over 30 GBP then it is free, this is an international service that we run over all countries that we ship to. If your order is less then 30 GBP it is standard international shipping and this costs 3,90 GBP.
